Hi, I’m Serena Carcasole…

I started as an online entrepreneur in 2007 after some crappy life-stuff forced me to look at the corporate world with not-so-eager eyes. I’d lost my dad and I was really struggling. I wanted to spend more time with my daughter anyway so I began as a freelancer, helping entrepreneurs build their businesses online.

I rapidly moved into a multi-Virtual Assistant business and Marketing Agency (Virtual Business Solutions on Demand and the Visibility Maven Brand came a few short years later) and I worked my butt off for 10 years. I worked all day and then all night, week after week, year after year, rarely pausing for a break. Not charging my worth and taking on as many clients as possible, making a decent six figure income but still in debt and overworked.

I've helped 400+ clients set up their businesses and saw a ton of success. However, I also saw many clients struggle with no clients, no income, and suffering trying to get out of start-up mode. I realized they were all following the same pattern.

Most of my clients and Leads were Health and Life Coaches. Not only did I find their content fascinating It was essential to me to understand what my clients offer and become a great asset to their business.  I decided to learn health coaching and get certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I graduated in October 2014, I did not pursue health coaching as a career my focus was to help coaches build successful businesses online.

Became a Certified Money and Marketing Breakthrough Coach, which has been far and away the best thing I’ve ever done (I mean, besides meeting my hubby and having my daughter, of course). I love that I can see the impact it has on women business owners almost immediately.

The first 2 Amazing Women of Influence Summits began in 2017 the start of many impacful events and communiites.

Started the Amazing Women Entrepreneurs Network Facebook Group and Website. Changing the lives of many women online.

By popular demand the Amazing Women of Influence summits expanded into a Podcast. Real Stories, tools, and strategic tips for your life and business. Courageous conversations and valuable tips and takeaways to create the business and life of your dreams.

I started my journey with my digital magazine Thriving Women, showcasing amazing women and content to scale your business and life.

Launched my VIP Twelve Month Group Coaching Program, the RISE Inner Circle.

2022 Was a tough year.  I had multiple organ failures and was on Life Support due to a Sepsis Blood Infection that originated from a Kidney Infection. (Oh, and my husband finds out he had Kidney Cancer throughout all this mess and had surgery to remove the mass, We are fighters! and won't let anything take us down). Throughout all of this, I took the time to take care of myself and reconfigure my business and life. Who knew such a stressful situation would turn out to be a miracle!
